Client-Level Consent: Opt-in happens at the client level—each business collects consent from their own customers using our hosted opt-in forms with TCPA-compliant language.
Platform Infrastructure: TechBldrs Inc. provides the platform infrastructure, compliance tools, and manages the toll-free number. Client businesses use the platform to send review reminders to customers who have opted in.
Example: A client business like "Premier Comfort" would have an opt-in form at https://zipreviews.com/sms/opt-in/premier-comfort. All forms use the same TCPA-compliant consent language and are managed through our compliance dashboard.
